Yes, a refund policy is available. If you experience technical issues with your eSIM purchase that cannot be resolved, you can check your refund eligibility by logging into the "My Account" section on the Vodafone Travel website.   Refund requests are typically processed for unused eSIMs that have not been activated, or if there are technical problems preventing activation or usage. If you encounter persistent issues, contact our customer support via email or live chat (available 24/7) with your order details and a description of the issue. Our support team will troubleshoot the issue first and process a refund if the problem cannot be resolved. It is recommended to test your eSIM installation shortly after getting it to make sure it works properly.  

The Vodafone Travel eSIM can be reused within its validity period. Once activated, your eSIM profile remains valid for 90 days, regardless of your chosen data plan duration. However, your data allowance is tied to the specific plan duration (7, 10, 15, or 30 days). If you return to Italy within the 90-day validity window and your original data plan has expired, you can purchase a top-up for the same eSIM profile without reinstalling it. If you are planning multiple trips beyond the 90-day window, you will need to purchase a new eSIM. For frequent travelers to Italy or Europe, consider the unlimited or larger data plans that offer better value, or consider the multi-country European eSIM option if visiting several countries.
